How did I miss this?
I was idly browsing the web, as you do, when I came across this long overlooked carrot.
Back in November 2008 Lovelife posted a review of The Goblet Club and also gave away five copies of the book!
After getting into trouble one time too many, Mark’s dad sends him to a strict boarding school for boys in the middle of nowhere. But he soon manages to make friends with Vlad, Trent and Francis and together they form a secret society called The Goblet Club, dedicated to studying poisons. Instead of playing rugby like the other boys, the group enters the dangerous world of poisons, from learning about which poisons are the deadliest or most painful to testing out these poisons on rats. This book is dark but very smart and, best of all, it’s written by an award-winning young South African female – proving that not only can the ladies write, but they’re also into things other than sugar and spice and all things nice.

Still waiting in anticipation for a review of Fuse. Anybody?
