My website domain was hijacked by a Japanese company that sells… well I’m not sure what they do because all the text is in Japanese. I thought about contacting them to see if I could buy back my domain but then realized I probably couldn’t afford to. Long story short, I now have a new local is lekker co.za domain and a shiny new website.

Like its predecessor, The Mall (Corvus, 2011), S.L. Grey’s The Ward is a juicy human horror. In The Mall, the ill-fated characters encountered a parallel world known as the Downside, inhabited by the deliciously sociopathic Others, a mirror race to ours who display the worst of their human nature like we would a new pair of shoes.

Exciting news. My short story, Planet X, has been selected for the AfroSF anthology edited by Ivor Hartmann. The ebook is due for release in December 2012 (just in time for Christmas) and the print edition shortly thereafter.
